...a very 'credible' approach !

Dear Mr. Patel,

I read a quote recently from Dale Carnegie that said, "You never achieve success unless you like what you are doing". Whilst I can't pretend to be familiar with all of his philosophies, this quote really struck a chord with me. I've been working with Clockwork for two years now and have never enjoyed my work so much. I also noted from another article I read that Dale Carnegie must be succeeding too, as you are expanding.

Some major companies like yours have really benefited from having a firm relationship with a relocation company they can trust. Atkins Global and the BBC have recently felt the cost savings and efficiency improvements of having a professional expert in our field plan their expansion to new locations.

The benefits they have talked of include:
Zero downtime
Constant availability of IT systems for delivery of their services
Large cost savings against budget.

They have also expressed their delight at knowing they are now putting their mission critical resources and staff in the hands of an expert who has proven they know how to deliver cost effective and customer focused service, allowing them to focus on their most important part, their clients.

I wondered whether you might be interested in spending 15 minutes of your time talking with me about the issues you have faced in relocating staff and equipment and how we might be able to help. It would be good to see if we can bring the same benefits to you that we have brought to our select client base across London and the UK.

I look forward to hearing from you. I also appreciate we all have busy schedules and will give you a call in a few days to see if of interest.

Kind Regards

Malcolm Pearson

  2. Thanks Wayne,

On another note, I have read the first three chapters of the book (twice as instructed!)

I am not easily led on things, but have genuinely found this quite insightful.

I also know how hard it is for us all to find time in busy work schedules, but if you can manage the time, I think it's pretty imperative to the success of the course for us all.

    Hope everyone doing well.

  3. Dear all,

If you register with the Telegraph Business Club online, you get access to some very interesting articles / viewpoints on sales as well as other subjects.

There is a two part article on soft selling which has many useful ideas linked to open ended questioning techniques etc which ties in quite nicely with what we are all doing with Dale Carnegie.
